The main requirements are:

      1. Acceptance of Nightowls Terms and Conditions
      2. If services are provided remotely, then Remote access via VPN, Cisco VPN, Citrix Secure Gateway or any other alternative which you currently may use
      3. A domain account with sufficient privileges. This will depend on the work undertaken
      4. Contact details for correspondence and reporting on work completed

Additional requirements may include:

      1. Any change notification procedures NightOwls need to follow
      2. Any additional notifications we may need to send informing of the work undertaken e.g. internal or 3rd party monitoring

As part of the service delivery to all clients, NightOwls perform the work required and provide clients with supporting documentation. This includes:

      1. Change Notification documentation
      2. Regular updates as appropriate
      3. Outcomes reporting
      4. An overall professional service
