NightOwls offer Disaster Recovery Services

NightOwls have observed that many Small Business Enterprises (SMEs) do not have sufficent backups or recovery methods for their I.T. Infrastructure.

Key reasons for this are that SMEs:

  1. Don't understand how reliant they are on their I.T. infrastructure
  2. Have never been informed of options available to them by their existing I.T. Service provider
  3. Have taken backups but never implemented a full restore (includes data, applications and operating systems)
  4. Are constrained by budgets - it is too costly to test a full restore of servers / services (hardware availability)
  5. Accept the risk of not having a DR plan in place

NightOwls have invested in DR testing equipment and set up procedure to provide SMEs with a cost effective way to test, develop and implement a reliable Disaster Recovery Plan.

The design and creation of www.lynmoretennisclub.co.nz website has been fully sponsored by NightOwls.

The new website has provided Lynmore Tennis Club with the ability to update calendar events and photos whilst promoting the club online. Ongoing website maintenance costs are considerably reduced as commitee members are now able to maintain certain areas of the website using online tools.

Sign up with NightOwls for your 12 month Microsoft Updates contract and you will receive:

1. Your first months' Microsoft critical and security updates FREE!*

2. FREE setup of necessary change control and preparation of update rollout. This will require time spent discussing the work involved with the client prior to implementation.

3. Recommendations on how the process for next months updates can be improved, if applicable (e.g. Include installation of Windows Software Update Services).

4. A report outlining activity completed and details on the total time taken to perform tasks.

Terms and Conditions

1. NightOwls has the right to not proceed if a condition outlined in the change control documentation is not met or satisfactory.

2. Should the client be less than satisfied with the FREE first months update service performed by NightOwls, they will have up to 10 working days to terminate the full term contract. Contract termination notification must be given in writing (email form is acceptable). If a Client terminates this contract within the specified timeframe, they must be able to reasonably justify the withdrawal of their custom and include feedback on areas requiring change or improvement by NightOwls.

3. Each Service Provider will be allowed to have up to three of their clients take opportunity of our free offer.

4. Any satisfied Client may be approached by NightOwls and asked to provide a testimonial on satisfaction of services delivered. This may be published on the NightOwls website.

5. NightOwls standard terms and conditions apply.
